I realized yesterday that I actually prefer
not to work one-on-one with people. I tense up in a situation where I am
expected to operate in a collaborative way, or when something is expected of
me. That’s because I know that my viewpoint is going to be regarded as being outside
of the box.
On the other land, I love interacting with
in a playful, lighthearted manner. That’s fun for me. It’s no trouble.
For me it’s best to make suggestions, not
try to teach or convince. So my ‘What I get from so-and-so’ is the correct
approach for me.
